Nepotism in Bollywood

Nepotism refers to the partiality to family members, relatives or good friends in basis of the relationship rather than the abilities. Nepotism not only exists in Bollywood but the other industries too. A local boss in a local company would prefer to give his/her seat to his / her son or daughter. They would prefer to give the place to their children rather than someone else who may be capable for the job. Similarly, nepotism exists in Bollywood.  A son of a famous star will easily get more roles in the movies. The actor will prefer his or her son to be an actor and with many contacts in hand it's easy to get a role for them. Nepotism is something which exists from the very start. Even in the 90's era, nepotism existed. The audience are used to it. But now things have changed. The audience are getting more self aware. They have turned against nepotism. The start kids who were once followed in masses are now trolled brutally. Their movies get less attention. The audience have changed their taste from " hero-based cinema" to " content based cinema". The audience now look for good content and scripts. They prefer watching the underrated actors over the overrated ones. The very recent incident of Sushant Singh Rajput's demise has shook not only the industry but the country. The audience are in rage, demanding justice for the actor. The famous star kid movies are being banned and trolled by the audience. They seem done with the industry's nepotism game and are turning against them. So what do you think, is it the end for the bollywood's nepotism?
